Any individual or an authorized person on behalf of any organization, association, committee, union, society etc.

The complaint can be lodged against the organizations and the officials covered under the jurisdiction of Central Vigilance Commission. Details of the same are given in the Comprehensive Complaint Handling Policy document, which is available in downloadable form on the home page of the portal. The allegation(s) should contain information about acts of corruption or should have a vigilance angle.

A complaint can be lodged through the ‘Citizen Login’ tile in the portal home page. Clicking on this tile will take you to the citizen login page wherein:
  First-time users should register themselves using the ‘Sign up here’ facility available here to lodge complaint in the portal.
  Existing users may login using their User ID & Password and lodge complaint in the portal.
